Due to the voluntary recall and closure until FDA audits are complete of some of the largest and most popular kratom vendors online, including Kraken Kratom and Phytoextractum (which are both top 10 kratom sales sites nationwide, so massive customer bases) as well as many customers of Gaia (another top 10 kratom website) who have been unable to load their webpage all week and as such we are experiencing a MASSIVE volume increase in orders in the last 2-3 days. Although we never guaranteed same day shipping we took a great deal of pride on being able to provide this on nearly every transaction paid before 3 PM Pacific and have continually increased hiring as needed to maintain that same day shipping rate since day one.
The three things most important to us in our business are quality, getting you your kratom as fast as humanly possible and providing the fastest and best customer service possible.
This is not possible this week, we are working 18 hour days to fill orders and have brought on additional temporary staff to keep the shipping delay down to as little as possible. Currently packages are shipping the next day after being paid with a small percentage (those paid very early) making it out and shipping the same day and we are working VERY hard to maintain this rate. Things are starting to mellow out a bit already today as compared to the last few days and we hope to be back to same day shipping by Monday as we have 2 new hires training and starting work on Sunday in the event that current order volumes persist that should be enough to greatly improve our same day shipping rate and get your kratom to you as fast as possible.
Please be advised that this means in the afternoon for the next 2 days there will be a delay in invoicing as well as we pull our person who reviews orders and sends invoices and put them on packaging for 2+ hours depending on volume so we can continue to maintain a 24 hour max shipping delay; so don’t worry if you order in the afternoon and don’t get invoiced right away it’ll be coming as soon as mailing is complete.
Until then please understand we are simply unable to get an order packed and in the mail in 2 hours when we have 300+ orders paid in line in front of you and each order requires time to process people’s custom requests on strains (that are often quite vague and take a few minutes to figure out the best strain for what they’re after) and get packaged and get postage printed and paid but we WILL work all night long to make sure it gets in the mail the next day.
